Marco Bellezza is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Corporate Research and Development Chef at Soul-K since November 2021, Marco also holds positions as a Partner Consultant at Ristorante da Sogno and Food and Operation Consultant for multiple establishments, including Rotherhithe Coffee Company Limited and Lovely Pasta. Previous roles include Quality Controller and Kitchen Manager at Obicà Mozzarella Bar and Food Operation Manager at Plough Way Café. Marco's career began as Junior Sous Chef at D&D London's Sartoria Restaurant, later advancing to Executive Chef and Senior Head Chef positions. Marco holds a degree in Food and Beverage Management from Alta Scuola Politecnica, acquired between 2001 and 2005.
