Tanya Gray has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tanya started their career as a Web Developer at Designhand Limited, where they designed and built static websites for small business clients. Tanya then worked as a Flex Developer at Rad3 and a Freelance Flex and Web Developer at Tanya Gray Ltd.

In 2012, Tanya joined Xero as a Front End Web Developer, where they mainly focused on developing and maintaining Xero Personal, a financial management web application. Tanya also contributed to the development of a shared component library for all Xero web applications.
