Una Softic is a business development and operations executive with experience in the technology sector. Una is currently the Vice President of Japan at Soul Machines, a company that humanizes AI to better humanity. Prior to their current role, they served as a Strategic Advisor for Decentralized Service Level Agreements and two-way, self-settled compensation claims at Stacktical.

Before their time at Stacktical, Ms. Softic was with CargoX Ltd., where they were responsible for launching the smart B/L platform, kickstarting the revolution in global logistics. Una has also held positions as Head of Innovation at Nikkei and Chief Global Manager at Xtra, Inc. In their role at Intel, they served as Business Development Manager for the Software and Solutions Group in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
