Vitalii Provotorov is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and financial advisory services. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Soul Partners since February 2018, Vitalii specializes in mergers and acquisitions. In addition, as Co-Founder of JAVES since February 2022, Vitalii has been instrumental in developing trading software that facilitates transactions of services, items, and currencies among gamers, without operating as a marketplace. Prior experience includes roles as Director and Senior Associate in the Investment Banking Department at Concorde Capital from April 2011 to February 2018, and as a Consultant at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu from 2007 to December 2010. Vitalii holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Kyiv School of Economics and a Bachelor in Economics with a focus on International Relations and Affairs from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics.
