Jacob Gius

Jacob Gius has a diverse range of work experience. Jacob is currently a Co-Chair of the Mentorship Program at the Finance and Economics Society, where they started in May 2022. Prior to this, Jacob was a Participant in the Investment Banking Program at the same company from March 2022 to May 2022. Before joining the Finance and Economics Society, Jacob worked at SoulCycle Inc. starting in March 2022 as a Studio Crew member and later transitioned into a Talent Development Intern in January 2023.

Jacob also gained experience at CycleBar, where they worked as an Indoor Cycling Instructor from December 2020 to March 2022. Additionally, they had a summer internship at CycleBar as a Finance, Marketing, and Data Analytics Intern from June 2021 to August 2021.

Before focusing on their career in finance and economics, Jacob worked as a Cashier at Tops Marketplace from January 2017 to May 2020. Overall, Jacob has gained experience in finance, marketing, data analytics, and customer service roles throughout their career.

Jacob Gius has pursued their education in a chronological manner. Between 2016 and 2020, they attended Southington High School without obtaining a degree or specializing in any particular field of study. Starting in 2020 and continuing until 2024, Jacob then enrolled at Baruch College, where they are currently working towards a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing Research.

In addition to their formal education, Jacob has also obtained a Bloomberg Certificate from Bloomberg LP in August 2021.
