Lauren Terschluse

Lauren Terschluse, MMFT, LMFT, is a dedicated therapist with extensive experience in mental health services and program management. Currently serving at Soultenders and Hacienda Esperanza, Lauren specializes in traditional and equine-assisted psychotherapy, facilitating healing and personal growth through innovative therapeutic approaches. Prior roles include Director of Military Programs at Higher Ground Los Angeles, providing recreational therapy to veterans, and serving as a Residential Therapist at Optimist Youth Homes, delivering mental health services to at-risk youth. Lauren holds a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
