Tyler Ponath

Tyler Ponath is an experienced audio professional with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sound Design from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. Current roles include Assistant Audio Engineer for the Dear Evan Hansen National Tour and Shop Audio Tech at Sound Associates, where responsibilities cover audio setup for various Broadway productions. Tyler's extensive experience also encompasses roles such as Stagehand with IATSE Local 635 and multiple positions as Assistant Audio Engineer and Head Audio for several national tours, including Bright Star and A Christmas Story. Previous work as Head Sound Engineer for The Lost Colony involved implementing a new sound console, and experience at Gibson Entertainment Services included system installation and event management.
