Robb Kenyon

Robb Kenyon, CMB, currently serves as President of Sound Capital Loans, a private finance company established in 2009, overseeing the completion of over 2,800 projects and nearly $2 billion in loans since the late 2000s recession. Previous experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for Harbor Custom Development, Inc., and holding the position of COO at Builders Capital, where Robb expanded the Sales and Operations department. Additional roles include Director of Regional New Business Development at Cornerstone Home Lending, Regional Director of California at Sterling Savings Bank, Vice President of Residential Lending at Seattle Bank, and various leadership positions at Bank of America and Seattle Bank, where significant contributions to loan origination networks and sales teams were made. Robb also has a background in home building as Principal of American Heritage Homes, Inc., and served in the US Navy as a Reserve Naval Officer. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Finance from Seattle University and a Certificate in Construction Management from the University of Washington.
