Angela May

Angela May has over 25 years of experience in fraud investigation and loss prevention within the credit union industry. Currently serving as a Senior Fraud Investigator at Sound Credit Union since May 2016, Angela May focuses on investigating fraudulent activities, including deposits and identity theft, while providing guidance on suspicious activities. Prior to this role, Angela May worked as a Loss Prevention Specialist at America's Credit Union from April 2008 to May 2016, where responsibilities included reviewing check fraud and plastic card disputes. Angela May's career began at TwinStar Credit Union, serving as a Loss Control Specialist from 1997 to 2008, where significant contributions were made in processing and investigating fraud claims. Angela May holds an ATA with honors in Business Administration and Management from South Puget Sound Community College.
