Jill Faunce

Jill Faunce has extensive experience in management and training within the finance and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Branch Manager at Sound Credit Union since June 2021, Jill previously held the position of Business Office Manager at CarMax from September 2014 to June 2021, where involvement in the grand opening of a new store included interviewing and staffing. Jill worked at Bank of America from April 1999 to December 2013, advancing through roles such as Field Support Manager, Associate Readiness Lead, Learning Coach, and Training Delivery Facilitator. Jill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel & Restaurant Administration and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agricultural Economics, both from Washington State University.
