JL A. has worked in the recruitment and talent acquisition field since 2009. They began their career at [24]7.ai as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2014, they moved to Allegis Global Solutions as a Senior Client Recruitment Specialist. In 2019, they joined EY as a Talent Acquisition - Senior Associate. In 2022, JL A. moved to Kinetic Innovative Staffing as a Client Service and Team Manager and then to Sound Decisions as a Senior Recruitment Manager. In this role, they have been responsible for updating and designing recruiting procedures, supervising the recruiting team, and keeping track of recruiting metrics.
