Dale Nelson

Dale Nelson is a Physician Assistant with experience working at Sound Family Medicine since May 2017. Prior to that, Dale served as a Physician Assistant Certified for the US Army from February 2013 to December 2017, where Dale also worked as a Battalion Physician Assistant. Additionally, Dale held the position of Physician Assistant at 3-4 CAV from September 2009 to May 2013, where Dale also served as the JPAC Medical Director. Dale holds a DMSc from the University of Lynchburg and a MPA-S in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
