Sound Generations
Dale Hoover has extensive experience in outreach and community service, currently serving as an Outreach Specialist for Meals on Wheels at Sound Generations since July 2005. In this role, Dale focuses on promoting the program's impact on the senior community by delivering nutritious meals and ensuring cultural sensitivity in meal offerings. Additionally, Dale acts as a Brand Ambassador, representing Sound Generations' comprehensive support for seniors through food nutrition, transportation, social programs, and wellness initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as an Organization Advisor at Boeing, where Dale improved business processes, and owning a subcontractor business, Alumaguard, which specialized in aluminum railing for commercial properties. Dale's educational background includes a Certificate in Communications from Ron Bailie School of Broadcast.

Established in 1967, Sound Generations assists and empowers more than 64,000 seniors and their families each year through an integrated system of quality programs and services. Our mission is to support people on their aging journey through community connections and accessible services.
