Sound Health Connects
Sound Health Connects is a weight management and wellness company who work with employees of corporations/businesses to help them improve their health. SHC also creates specialized programs for individuals to include learning from a personal trainer, nutritionist, behaviorist and health coach via webcam. The accessibility of the program meets people in their own environment which brings down the common barriers to lifestyle change.
