Leesa Ostrander is currently serving as a Crisis Stabilization Counselor at Sound since November 2023 and operates as a self-employed professional with Pntw since April 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Bates Technical College from September 2019 to April 2023, and leading the ATD South Sound Interest Group in September 2019. Leesa has a diverse background in talent development, having worked as a Talent Development Specialist and Training Specialist at Muckleshoot Casino from April 2016 to October 2018, as well as in various instructional roles at Everest College-Tacoma and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Rhetoric and Digital Media and a Master's in Vocational Counseling, both from Northern Arizona University, a Bachelor's degree in Human Behavioral Communication from Arizona State University, and currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology at Grand Canyon University.
