Shelby McCormick

Shelby McCormick, LCSW, CADC, currently serves as the Clinical Director at E-Motion Wellness and as a Clinician at Sound Off, specializing in anonymous counseling services for military members. With a robust tenure in the US Air Force Reserve as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor and previous roles within the United States Air Force as a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor and Mental Health Technician, Shelby McCormick has extensive experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment. Notably, Shelby McCormick was the Lead Therapist of the Substance Abuse Disorder Program at Laurel Ridge Treatment Center and has contributed to military trauma therapy. With academic credentials including a Master’s and Bachelor's in Social Work from the University of South Florida and Saint Leo University, as well as an Associate's degree in Psychiatric/Mental Health Services from the Community College of the Air Force, Shelby McCormick combines education and practical experience to support diverse populations.
