G. Michael Wall, Ph.D.

G. Michael Wall, Ph.D. has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. G. Michael began their career in 2000 as Senior Director of Pharmaceutical Development at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. where they created two new therapeutic specialty areas, otic and nasal drug and device products. G. Michael was responsible for preclinical, clinical development and approval for Ciprodex Otic Suspension and Ciloxan Ear Drops, Solution. G. Michael then moved to O Ray Pharma, Inc. as VP of Product and Business Development in 2011. In the same year, they joined Otonomy, Inc. as VP of Product Development, where they led all aspects of sterile injectable drug product development and oversaw interactions with Key Opinion Leaders and Professional Societies. In 2012, they became Senior Director of Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls, Regulatory Affairs at Reata Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and in 2016, they took on the role of SVP and CSO at NACUITY Pharmaceuticals, Inc. G. Michael also served as VP of Pharmaceutical Development at Sound Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2016-2019, and Pharmaceutical Consultant at Ear, Nose and Throat Health, LLC from 2011-2019. In 2020, they became a USP Expert Committee Member at US Pharmacopeia, and in 2022 they will join the Therapeutic Matching Committee Leadership Group Member at Undiagnosed Diseases Network (UDN).

G. Michael Wall, Ph.D. completed their B.S. in Chemistry from Auburn University in 2005. G. Michael then went on to earn their M.S. in Medicinal Chemistry from Auburn University Harrison College of Pharmacy. G. Michael then earned their Ph.D. in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. In 2005, they completed the Advanced Management Program #168 from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
