Carrie Radcliff has worked at two companies in their career. Carrie started at The Everett Daily Herald in 2004 as a New Business Development Executive and worked there until 2013. In 2013, they joined Sound Publishing, Inc. as an Advertising Sales Manager, and later became the Advertising Director in 2016.

Carrie Radcliff attended Central Washington University from 1985 to 1990, where they pursued a degree in Public Relations with a focus on Advertising and Communications. In April 2021, Carrie obtained a certification in Sales: Closing Strategies from LinkedIn.
