Abby C. currently serves as Chief of Staff - Service Delivery for Sound Transit since April 2014, supporting Operations and Passenger Experience teams to enhance connectivity. Previously, as Chief of Staff - Passenger Experience, Abby provided strategic oversight and project management, ensuring alignment with the agency's Passenger Focus value while leading budget development and fostering a collaborative environment. Abby's role in launching the Mobility on Demand Sandbox Project, which evolved into the Via to Transit service, highlights a strong background in innovation and project management. Abby's earlier positions include transportation planning and community outreach roles, complimented by a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Design and Architecture from New York University.
