Abby's role in launching the Mobility on Demand Sandbox Project, which evolved into the Via to Transit service, highlights a strong background in innovation and project management. Abby's earlier positions include transportation planning and community outreach roles, complimented by a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Design and Architecture from New York University.
