Prior to this role, Brandon managed the Track/Facilities department for Valley Metro Light Rail, overseeing track maintenance operations. Earlier experience included positions as Track Supervisor and Track Foreman/Welder at BNSF Railway, focusing on track inspection and crew leadership in maintenance activities. Brandon holds a high school diploma from Kingman High School, earned in 1994.
