Brian Holloway, PE, SE, currently serves as the Director of Civil and Structural Engineering at Sound Transit, where responsibilities include managing design projects such as the East Link I-90. With extensive experience, Brian held various positions within Sound Transit from January 2014, including Corridor Design Manager and Manager of Structural and Geotechnical Engineering. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Project Manager for the City of Seattle, overseeing capital transportation projects, and as a Structural Engineer at ABKJ and URS Corporation, focusing on commercial building designs and structural integrity assessments.
