Celine Hommais - Moreau

Celine Hommais - Moreau is a seasoned project control specialist with extensive experience in financial management and project oversight. Currently serving as the Senior Project Control Specialist at Sound Transit since May 2018, Celine leads project control for the Stride Program, which involves a $2.3 billion budget for electric bus rapid transit. Prior roles include positions at TEAGUE, Subsea 7, Alstom Transport, and Arab Bank, where Celine held various roles such as Senior Financial Analyst, Senior Project Cost Engineer, and Corporate Chargé d'Affaire.
