Michelle Walker

Michelle Walker serves as the Deputy Executive Director of Facilities & Systems Maintenance at Sound Transit since August 2020. Michelle previously held the position of Vice President at BGIS from March 2017 to August 2020, where innovation and operational excellence were key focuses. Prior roles include Vice President at Vixxo, where Michelle expanded the Canadian business market, and Associate Vice President at Canadian Tire Corporation, where Michelle established property and facility management strategies. Michelle also has experience as a Senior Director at Regis Corporation, leading teams through a transformation process, and has held roles at Etc Consulting, Starbucks Coffee, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, Metro Capital Group, and Shelter Canadian Properties Limited. Michelle's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Language Pathology/Psychology from Abilene Christian University and a certification in Executive Coaching & Leadership Development from The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.
