Pamela Logan

Pamela Logan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the field. Currently serving as Deputy Director of People & Culture Systems & Data at Sound Transit since September 2020, Pamela leads the integration of HR systems and data initiatives to enhance workforce development and organizational effectiveness. Previously, as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Sound Transit, responsibilities included serving as an HR strategist and executing programs focused on performance management and employee engagement. At the University of Washington from January 2014 to September 2020, Pamela held the roles of Director for Staff Engagement and HR Operations, where notable achievements included launching the first organization-wide talent review, and Acting Director for Human Resources, wherein efforts were directed towards fostering an empowered HR culture. Early career experience includes a tenure at Harborstone Credit Union as a Human Resources Generalist/Training Manager, enhancing HR strategies and ensuring regulatory compliance.
