Robert McMartin

Robert McMartin currently serves as the Manager of Materials, Technology and Services Contracts at Sound Transit, a position held since December 2017, where responsibilities include managing procurement personnel and overseeing complex procurement methodologies. Prior to this role, Robert was with the Port of Seattle from July 2008 to December 2017 in various roles including Lead Contracts Analyst and Senior Buyer, guiding politically sensitive procurement processes in compliance with state laws and Port policies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Logistics Administrator at Baden Sports, Purchasing Manager at Barona Resort & Casino, and a Supply Management Craftsman in the United States Air Force. Robert holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
