Rossana Garner

Rossana Garner is an accomplished Business Relations, Partnerships, and Sales Manager at Sound Transit, where employment has spanned from 2000 to the present. Garner has managed significant Seattle area capital projects, including the Northgate Light Rail Link Extension and East Link Extension, while overseeing impactful marketing campaigns to support business districts during construction.
