Russ Arnold

Russ Arnold is an experienced executive in the transportation and marketing sectors, currently serving as Deputy CEO and Chief Passenger Experience and Innovation Officer at Sound Transit since February 2018. In this role, Russ is responsible for managing initiatives that enhance customer experience and leading cross-departmental teams to implement impactful changes. Prior to Sound Transit, Russ held positions such as Director of Marketing and Communications at San Mateo County Transit District and Marketing Director at Central Ohio Transit Authority, among others. With a strong background in marketing strategy and brand development from various organizations, Russ has demonstrated expertise in creating comprehensive campaigns and enhancing organizational visibility. Russ holds a Master of Marketing Communications from Franklin University and a BA in Visual Communications from Ohio Dominican University.
