Bo Engstrøm Thomsen

Bo Engstrøm Thomsen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Bo Engstrøm began their career as an Accountant and later became the Financial Manager at Dominion Sports Industri ApS from 1972 to 1981. From 1981 to 1998, they worked at Patrick A/S, where they served as the CFO and CO-Founder, responsible for various tasks such as budgeting, administration, and contact with public authorities. Bo Engstrøm also played a key role in establishing subsidiaries in Norway, the UK, and Sweden. Following this, they worked as a Business Consultant at IBS Danmark A/S from 1998 to 2011, where they excelled in sales, solution architecture, and implementation of ERP solutions. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the CFO and later as the Executive Consultant at iStone Danmark. In 2013, they founded Bo Thomsen Consulting, and from 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Business Developer at Merqur ApS. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Accounting Director at SOUNDBOKS since September 2017.

Bo Engstrøm Thomsen attended Lyngby og Omegns Handelsskole from 1967 to 1971 and passed the state-controlled higher examination in accounting during this time. In 1970, they also completed the Trade Assistant examination at Lyngby og Omegns Handelsskole. Bo Engstrøm then studied at Hillerød Handelsskole from 1978 to 1980, where they obtained a degree in Merconom. In 2012, Bo Engstrøm Thomsen enrolled in a course on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Trade & Logistics at Firebrand.
