Brittany Chung

Brittany Chung is a marketing professional with extensive experience in lifecycle marketing and direct marketing management. Currently serving as the Manager of Lifecycle Marketing at SoundCloud since October 2023, Brittany previously worked as the Direct Marketing Manager (Team Lead) at Niantic, Inc. from September 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included strategy and execution for email, push, and in-app messaging across multiple games, along with overseeing creative production and collaboration on new CRM tools. Prior experience includes a role as Product Marketing Manager at Microsoft, where Brittany implemented go-to-market campaigns and conducted market research, and an internship focused on digital marketing and growth at MileIQ, which involved leading marketing campaigns and A/B testing. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and has studied abroad at Sophia University in Tokyo.
