Kathleen Strouse

Kathleen Strouse is a seasoned executive in operations and data management with over two decades of experience in the music and media industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at SoundExchange since March 2023, previous roles include Head of Global Data Management and Strategy and Senior Vice President at Warner Music Group from March 2017 to March 2023. Kathleen also held the position of Director of Data Solutions at iHeartMedia and Vice President of Data Analysis at Live Nation, where responsibilities included overseeing BigChampagne operations and leading product development initiatives. Earlier experience at Universal Music Group involved managing digital and physical promotional product fulfillment. Kathleen holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business.
