Amber Jackson is an executive coach and CEO of Hype & Harvest, where they focus on partnering with executives and HR leaders to develop high-performing managers into effective strategic leaders. With over 20 years of experience in marketing and eCommerce, they have led teams for globally recognized brands and achieved significant P&L growth. Amber holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University. Currently, they also serve as an executive coach for AnitaB.org, empowering Black and LatinX women in tech, while mentoring leaders across diverse industries through Skye and other initiatives.
