Kathy Laurnen, CPCC, PCC, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Ingenix Consulting. Following that, they served as the Executive Director at Mt. Evans Hospice and Home Health from 2009 to 2015. In 2015, Kathy founded The Wisdom Shift Leadership Coaching & Consulting, where they worked as the Founder & Principal. At The Wisdom Shift, they utilized their 20+ years of experience as a business leader in the healthcare industry to help leaders and their teams define goals and values. In 2016, they joined Sounding Board, Inc as a Leadership Coach and later became the Director of Coach Community from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Kathy is working as a Guide at Chief, a private network designed to support senior women leaders in their leadership journey and drive change.

Kathy Laurnen, CPCC, PCC has a background in nursing and coaching. Kathy attended The Ohio State University from 1981 to 1989 and obtained a degree in Nursing with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management. In 2016, they enrolled in The Coaches Training Institute and earned a certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. Kathy also holds additional certifications, including being ORSC Trained through CRR Global USA in December 2020 and obtaining the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credential from the Co-Active Training Institute in November 2016.
