Nathalie Assen, MSc, PCC, is an accomplished leadership coach with extensive experience in diverse coaching roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Coach Engagement Coordinator for EMEA, and as a leadership coach at Sounding Board, Mannheim Business School, and Rotterdam School of Management, Nathalie emphasizes strengths-based development to foster leadership growth. With a background as the owner of SALT and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Nathalie has made significant contributions to leadership development initiatives. Past leadership roles include President of the International Coaching Federation - Orange County Chapter and co-producer of TEDxMissionViejo.
