Richard Anderson III has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Richard started their career as a Marketing Specialist and Consultant at G2 Group, a medical and healthcare consulting firm, in 2019. Richard then joined GT Securities as a Finance, Business, and Market Analyst Intern, where they gained exposure to private equity, corporate finance, and the development/construction industry. In this role, they were involved in valuation, capital raises, M&A activities, and marketing campaigns for corporate financial services.

In 2018, Richard founded Soundspace Technology and served as its Founder and CEO. The company aimed to make music resources more accessible through SaaS solutions and shared music-space memberships. Richard also joined Argona Partners, Inc. as a Limited Partner, where they contributed to consulting and decentralized business acceleration venture activities focused on impactful research commercialization and strategic planning.

Richard further expanded their expertise at Omni BioEnergy, where they initially assisted in building the company, and later became a Digital Librarian and IT Professional. Richard managed important intellectual properties related to green engineering and provided support in business development, IT infrastructure, security, and operations.

In 2016, Richard participated in the University Innovation Fellowship program at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford (d.school). As a fellow, they combined lean business, business model canvas, six sigma, agile methods, and design thinking to drive innovation and empower students.

Richard has also been involved in various leadership roles. Richard served as the Executive Treasurer for Global Chamber Indianapolis from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are working as a Startup Financial Analyst at Forecastr, where they collaborate directly with the company's founders to build and maintain financial models and support startup customers.

Additionally, Richard holds the position of Managing Partner at Argona Ventures and is the Chairman and Founder of Argona Holdings, focusing on business acceleration and strategic planning.

Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated their expertise in finance, entrepreneurship, strategic planning, and IT management. Richard has successfully contributed to various organizations and startups, leveraging their knowledge and skills in driving growth and innovation.

Richard Anderson III has a diverse education history. In 2014, they began their studies at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), where they pursued two Bachelor of Science degrees. From 2014 to 2018, they focused on Neuroscience and Biotechnology as their fields of study.

During their time at IUPUI, Richard also attended Ivy Tech Community College from 2014 to 2017, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Biotechnology. This provided him with further knowledge and skills in the field.

In 2016, Richard had the opportunity to study abroad at Victoria University of Wellington, where they delved into Behavioral Pharmacology within the Biology domain.

In 2020, Richard attended Eleven Fifty Academy, where they obtained a Certificate in Computer Software Engineering. This education provided him with specialized knowledge and skills in software development.

Richard continued to enhance their expertise by earning various software development certifications from Eleven Fifty Academy. In January 2021, they obtained a Software Development Gold Badge, followed by a Software Development Blue Badge in March 2021. Lastly, in May 2021, Richard obtained a Software Development Red Badge.

Outside of their academic pursuits, Richard also obtained a certification in SCUBA diving from the NAUI Pacific Rim in August 2010.
