Anne Mueller

Anne Mueller has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Anne started their career as an Office Manager at Andor Capital Management in 2003. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Recruiter at Innovations PSI. In 2007, they joined mFoundry, Inc as a Recruiting & HR Manager and later became the Director of Human Resources. Anne continued to work at mFoundry, Inc as the VP of Human Resources from 2011 to 2014. After that, Anne held the position of VP of Human Resources at PENSCO Trust from 2014 to 2016. Anne then served as the Head of Human Resources at Conifer Financial Services from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, Anne took on the role of Talent Advisor at Directly for a short period before transitioning to Forge as the Vice President of People from 2018 to 2020, and then as the Senior Vice President and Head of People from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Anne is working at SoundThinking (formerly ShotSpotter) as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Additionally, they have their own consulting business named Anne Mueller Consulting LLC since 2017, where they provide Human Resources and Talent advising services.

Anne Mueller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder. Anne also holds a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
