Ralph Clark

Ralph Clark has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Ralph currently serves as a Board Member at Glowforge and TriNet. Prior to this, Clark held executive roles at various companies, including serving as the President and CEO of SoundThinking (formerly ShotSpotter), where they successfully led a business model pivot resulting in increased market adoption and revenue growth. Ralph also served as the President and CEO of GuardianEdge, leading the company from a startup to a successful acquisition by Symantec. Clark's experience also includes roles as the Vice President of Finance at Adaptec, Chief Financial Officer at Snap Appliance, Founder and CEO of Blue Makoi, Inc, and President and CEO of Direct Medical Knowledge. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills.

Ralph Clark has a BS degree in Economics from the University of the Pacific. Ralph also holds an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Harvard Business School. Furthermore, they are currently pursuing a certification at the Director's College, affiliated with Stanford Law School, expected to be obtained in 2023.
