Soundview Counseling is a Connecticut-based mental health practice built on a simple belief: when therapists are supported, patients receive better care.

We provide high-quality, accessible therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Intentionally designing a practice where clinicians can do their best work without unnecessary friction, burnout, or ambiguity.

Our model is therapist first by design. That means clear expectations, transparent systems, and operational support that respects the realities of clinical work. We focus on removing the non-clinical burdens that drain energy, so therapists can spend their time where it matters most: with clients.

Soundview offers telehealth-first care across Connecticut, with in-person options available when clinically appropriate. We work with major insurance plans and prioritize thoughtful, ethical growth.

For clinicians, Soundview is a place to practice with autonomy, stability, and respect. For clients, it’s a space rooted in professionalism, warmth, and trust.
