Diane Hahn Bellegarde

Diane brings more than 25 years of government service experience that spans the entire IT lifecycle — as both a member of the US Army and as a government contractor — supporting the DoD, IC, and Federal Government. Prior to SoundWay Diane was Vice President & COO at Worldwide Information Network Systems (WINS; now a ManTech subsidiary), and a Senior Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton. Her military assignments include the White House Communications Agency (WHCA), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and the US Army Personnel Command (PERSCOM) – now US Army Human Resources Command. Diane is a service-disabled veteran who served 11 years in the U.S. Army and Army Reserves.

She holds a Master’s Certificate in IT Project Management from George Washington University and ESI, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Management Systems from Strayer University where she graduated Cum Laude. Diane is a lifetime Northern-Virginia Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association’s (AFCEA NOVA) member and has supported and held various Committee positions including: Women in Northern-Virginia-AFCEA (WIN); Military & Government Transition Panel; and the Small Business Committee. She was a 2015 SmartCEO Magazine Brava Award winner.
