Sara Polon

Sara Polon started their work experience in 2002 as a Stand-Up Comic, working as a self-employed individual until 2006. In 2004, they joined Authentic Israel as a Senior Program Director, a role they held until 2008. From 2008 onwards, Sara became the Chief Executive Officer of Soupergirl, a company focused on providing all-natural, plant-based, kosher soups.
