Bill Hale, Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bill began their career as an Independent Contractor at Honeywell Protection Services in 1992, where they were trained by top professionals in the security industry. Bill started as a technician assistant and later moved on to selling, installing, and servicing high-value customers. In 2001, they founded their own company, Home & Business Security Solutions, LLC, where they served as the CEO & President. Bill successfully sold, installed, and serviced numerous accounts, including those of Atlanta Braves and Falcons players, Bell South executives, and various government agencies. Bill's exceptional achievements also include servicing the personal home of Air Force One's pilots. Finally, in 2014, Bill joined Source 1 Solutions Inc as a Systems Engineer.

Bill Hale, Jr.'s education history includes several notable achievements. From 2001 to 2004, they attended Telephony Quest Graduate, where they earned a Bell core Telecommunications Level 2 degree specializing in Cryptology Code Breaking.
