Karen Koch is a certified public accountant with a wealth of experience in various roles. Karen is currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategic Sales at Source Advisors since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Partner at Bedford Cost Segregation, LLC & Bedford Energy Consulting, LLC starting from 2012. Additionally, they held the position of Partner at Bedford Cost Segregation, LLC from 2008 onwards. Karen also worked as a Partner at Bedford Strategies and Solutions from August 2006 to May 2012, specializing in cost segregation for commercial real estate owners. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable expertise as a Sr Tax Manager at Crowe Chizek from December 2002 to August 2006.

Karen Koch, CPA MT obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia College at Wise, attending from 1995 to 1997. Following this, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued a Master of Taxation degree with a focus on Tax at Old Dominion University.
