Shehzad Hussain

Shehzad Hussain is an experienced telecommunications professional with a background in various roles related to telephony and unified communications. Currently serving as an L3 Telephony Engineer at Source Central Partners since June 2022, Shehzad supports and implements systems including Cisco, Avaya, 3CX, and LG Aria. Prior to this, a VoIP Engineer at Systima from July 2017 to November 2022, responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of organizational telephony solutions. Shehzad also held the position of Project Manager at Radiance Communications Pte Ltd, leading projects on unified communications systems, and previously worked as a Support and Implementation Engineer focusing on Avaya voice solutions. Early experience as a Services Engineer at NxGen Communications Pte Ltd involved installation and integration of Nortel phone systems. Shehzad holds a Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering from Temasek Polytechnic, completed in 2006.
