Kathlene Smith

Kathlene Smith has worked in the finance and consulting industries since 1999. Kathlene began their career at Husch Blackwell as the Director of Finance. In 2016, they joined Littler as a Sr. Director of Client Accounting and Legal Finance & Management Consultant. In 2019, they joined Source Consulting Group LLC as a Director/Project Manager and Consultant/Project Manager, providing consulting services related to the deployment and optimization of financial systems. Kathlene also managed full-cycle implementations of accounting and billing systems, reporting solutions, HR solutions, and interfacing with 3rd party products.

Kathlene Smith has studied Accounting and Business Management at The University of Kansas School of Business. Kathlene also holds a Certified - Elite 3E Application certification from Thomson Reuters, obtained in February 2020.
