Kinga Dessauer

Kinga Dessauer has been working in the HR industry since 2007. Kinga began their career as a Recruitment, Training & Development Manager at SEPHORA in 2007. In 2010, they moved to PZU as a Training and Development Co-ordinator and then to Source Corp as an HR Manager in 2012. In 2013, they joined NAJ International Executive Search & Leadership Solutions as an Associate Consultant. In 2014, they became a Konsultant HR at RESOLUTIO and in 2015 took on the role of Interim HR Support Officer at HSBC and Senior Consultant at Executive Network. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a HRSS Poland - Payroll & Admin Specialist and HRSS France - Payroll & Admin Specialist at Marsh & McLennan Companies. Currently, they hold the position of VP Business & Talent Acquisition at Source Corp.

Kinga Dessauer obtained a Business Trainer degree from the Schenk Institute in Warsaw in 2011. Kinga then went on to receive a Master degree in Social Psychology from the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities in Poland.
