Chris Johnson

Mr. Chris Johnson is the Chair of the Board, and sits on the Health, Safety and Environment Committee. Mr. Johnson is President and CEO at Crown Capital Partners Inc. (“Crown Capital”), a specialty finance company operating in alternative asset classes, which he co-founded in 2000. Prior to starting Crown Capital, Mr. Johnson was an investment manager for Crown Life Insurance Company, responsible for the investment management of Crown Life’s equity and fixed income investments, asset liability management, and derivative management. Mr. Johnson has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Guelph and holds the CFA charterholders designation.
