Ben Brickwood

Ben Brickwood is an experienced professional in the electric vehicle and building services sectors, currently serving as Project Development Manager at Source - EV since March 2025. Previously, as EV Project Development Manager at SSE Energy Solutions, Ben focused on the electrification of commercial vehicle fleets, overseeing projects from inception to handover. Ben also held the role of Projects Operations Manager at Hemlow Ltd, managing commercial building services projects and leading the projects team. Earlier in career, Ben worked at SSE Enterprise Contracting, where responsibilities included managing project managers and electricians, improving health and safety practices, and leading electrical infrastructure projects for major London bus operators. Ben holds an HNC in Building Services Engineering from City College Southampton, earned between 2014 and 2016.
