Carmen ikedo

Carmen Ikedo has extensive experience in customer and supplier engagement, currently serving as a Supplier Engagement Multilingual Agent at Source Intelligence since August 2015. Prior to this role, Carmen worked at Barnes & Noble, Inc. as a part-time Customer Service Representative from October 2004 to April 2017, and also held the position of International Customer Support Representative at ModSquad, Inc. from June 2013 to July 2015. Carmen is an alumna of Oakland University.
