Maria Eulenia Gómez Benavides

Maria Eulenia Gómez Benavides started their work experience in 2007 at Carvajal Tecnología y Servicios as a Sr Functional Analysis Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, and delivering functional packages. Maria Eulenia also conducted manual testing and ensured alignment with client needs. Maria Eulenia held this position until March 2020.

In March 2020, Maria joined Carvajal Tecnología y Servicios as an Estimation Analyst. Maria Eulenia later became a Sr Functional Analysis Engineer, where they performed tasks such as information gathering, user story construction, prototype development, and test case review. Maria Eulenia worked on projects involving business rule engines, electronic invoicing, electronic payroll, and tax regulations. Their tenure in this role ended in December 2021.

Following that, Maria assumed the position of Estimation Coordinator at Carvajal Tecnología y Servicios. In this role, they led a team of estimation analysts and ensured timely delivery of requests across different services and geographies. Maria Eulenia also took charge of adjustments to the estimation process. Their tenure in this role began in December 2021 and is ongoing.

In September 2022, Maria joined Source Meridian as a Manual QA, where they are currently employed.

Maria Eulenia Gómez Benavides holds a degree in Ingeniero de sistemas from Universidad Santiago de Cali, which they completed in 2006. Prior to that, they pursued Tecnóloga en Sistemas de información at Universidad del valle, where they graduated in 1996. Additionally, Maria has obtained several certifications including Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in August 2018 and HL7 para la comunidad Iberoamericana V2. from HL7 Argentina in 2007. Maria Eulenia also holds a Scrum Master Professional Certificate (SMPC) from CertiProf.
