Yeison Ortiz

Yeison Ortiz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Yeison began their career as a Metro Driver at FUNDACION UNIVERSIDAD DE ANTIOQUIA from 2008 to 2011. Yeison then worked as an Analyst Business Intelligence at Aleriant from 2011 to 2012, focusing on system migration using tools such as Oracle and SQL Server. Yeison continued their BI analyst role at Arkix S.A. from 2013 to 2014 and at Databiz from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, Yeison joined PersonalSoft S.A.S as a Senior Analyst Business Intelligence, before becoming the Administrative Director at Plamepol SAS from 2016 to 2019. During their time at Plamepol SAS, they took on the responsibility of overseeing administrative tasks.

Yeison then joined MVM Ingeniería de software in 2019 as an Ingeniero de software, where they focused on updating the structure of the BI software through various tools and technologies, including integration services, SQL Server, power bi, and Azure database.

Currently, they work as a Data Engineer at Source Meridian since September 2020.

Yeison Ortiz has a diverse education history. In 2002, they attended CENSA, where they obtained a certification as a "Tecnico en Ensamble y Mantenimiento de Computadores" (Technician in Computer Assembly and Maintenance) after completing the program in 2004. Following that, from 2005 to 2009, they pursued a degree in "Tecnologo en Informatica" (Computer Engineering) from TECNOLOGICO PASCUAL BRAVO. In 2010, Yeison enrolled at FUNDACION UNIVERSITARIA LUIS AMIGO and completed a degree in "Ingenieria en Sistemas" (Computer Engineering) in 2012.

Yeison also took part in a diploma program at TECNOLOGICO PASCUAL BRAVO in 2010, focusing on "Ideas y Planes de Negocio" (Ideas and Business Plans). Additionally, in 2015, they obtained a certification in "Certificación Queries SQL Server 2012" from Intelligent Training.

Furthermore, Yeison recently acquired the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2022.
