Alma Garcia

Alma Garcia has extensive experience in purchasing and returns management, currently working at Source North America Corporation since November 2019. Previously, Alma held significant positions at DGI Supply as Returns Lead and Returns Specialist from April 2015 to October 2019, overseeing customer inquiries, processing return requests, and improving operational efficiency. At The Howard Elliott Collection, from July 2010 to August 2015, Alma managed returns, assisted international customers, and coordinated shipping logistics. Earlier experience includes a supervisory role at TCF Bank from November 2008 to June 2010, where Alma consistently exceeded sales goals and managed branch operations. Alma earned an Associate of Arts degree from the College of DuPage between 2017 and 2019.
